Which international items are eligible for free shipping as part of the Amazon Global Store?
Any item with the “FREE Shipping” or “Eligible for FREE Shipping” label on search, product detail page and cart is eligible and contributes toward meeting your free shipping order threshold. Enjoy free shipping on over a million eligible items across Shoes, Apparel, Watches, Jewelry, Eyewear and PC Accessories that are eligible for free shipping. If the “FREE Shipping” or “Eligible for FREE Shipping” label does not appear for that item, it is NOT eligible for free shipping. Some products that are not eligible for free shipping will not have labeling and are excluded or might be considered ineligible for free shipping at our discretion.
What happens when I have an item in my cart but it is less than the eligibility threshold?
You can add any eligible item(s) to your cart to meet the eligibility threshold and benefit from free shipping.
For Amazon Global Store, what happens when I have an item in my cart that is NOT eligible for free Shipping?
If a single item in your cart has a ‘Not Eligible for Free Shipping’ label, you will not be able to benefit from free shipping on your cart. In order to proceed with free shipping on eligible items in your cart, you may click on ‘Save for Later’ for the non-eligible item.
Can I benefit from free shipping internationally?
Yes, you just need to reach the 200 SAR threshold on eligible items from the Amazon Global Store. Eligible items are clearly labeled with a “FREE Shipping” or “Eligible for FREE Shipping” label on the search, product detail page and on cart. Please note that free shipping does not include import fee deposits and other taxes and charges payable to government and customs authorities. Such payments continue to be your responsibility.
Can I reach the threshold combining domestic and international items from Amazon Global Store in the same order?
No, you need to reach the 200 SAR threshold on domestic items to benefit from domestic free shipping, and/or the 200 SAR threshold on Amazon Global Store eligible items to benefit from international free shipping.

How long is the Free Shipping Program?
Free shipping for domestic orders will last until December 31st, 2019. Free shipping for international orders is a limited time only special promotion and may be terminated by Souq at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
