Easy Returns
Nobody likes the whole returns process and we completely understand. That is why our return policy and process are very simple. We hope you don’t need to return anything, but if you do here is the process:
1.) Log into your account and navigate to the User Account area.
2.) Select the “My Returns” link on the left side account navigation.
3.) At the top of the page you will see a drop down box with a list of orders eligible for a return. “SELECT the desired order and click the “RETURN” button to the right.
Once you fill out that form, a return request will be initiated. A member of our team will review, and you will receive an email with further instruction on how to proceed.
